Thank you to all our fans who continue to support Our Academy through the purchase of a DUDA Lottery or 50/50 Matchday Ticket. For every ticket sold, DUDA donate money back into Our Academy which allows us to offer our best young talent opportunities to test themselves against the best players in Europe.
 
We have made no secret that we want to return long term sustainable success back to Dundee United Football Club by developing a new generation of players that we can all relate to and celebrate with in years to come. By providing them with opportunities to compete against Europe’s elite we offer them experiences that will not only last with them forever but also challenges that only help enhance their learning and development.
 
The support DUDA have offered Our Academy in providing these opportunities has been fantastic and the introduction of the new "Elite 50/50 Matchday Draw" will allow us to continue to grow our Additional Games Programme, accelerate the development of our very best young talent and put Dundee United Football Club firmly back on the map as one of Europe’s best clubs for developing young players.

Jamie Kirk, Chief Executive for the Community Trust commented “We are absolutely delighted that 10% of the profits of the 50/50 draw is being donated to the Community Trust to help us to support the community. So far we have helped hand out packed lunches to people in our local community and provided weekly activity workbooks and video challenges to try and help keep people engaged. There is so much more we want to do and supporting the 50/50 is a great way to help us achieve that.”

This illustrated souvenir brochure was presented to all Academy players and parents as a memento to mark the occasion of the inaugural Academy Awards Ceremony (for the 2019 season) held in January 2020 in the Bonar Hall, Dundee.  It was organised and sponsored by the Dundee United Youth Development Board in conjunction with Academy and DUFC staff and was attended by senior DUFC officials and notable former players.  The event received wide acclaim from all attending.
