What is DUDA?
The Dundee United Development Association (DUDA) is the Club's fundraising organisation. Through the Matchday Half-Time Draw and the United Futures Lottery, DUDA raises funds that are donated to Dundee United FC, primarily to support the Dundee United Academy.

 

Why is DUDA introducing online payments?
The new online system makes it easier and more convenient for supporters to enter both the Matchday Half-Time Draw and the United Futures Lottery, whether they're at home or on the move.

 

Who can take part?
Participants in both the Matchday Half-Time Draw and the United Futures Lottery must be aged 16 or over.

 

Matchday Half-Time Draw

When can I buy Matchday Half-Time Draw tickets online?
Online sales open immediately after each home match and close at kick-off of the next home fixture.

 

How do I buy tickets online?
Simply scan the QR code or visit the online ticketing page and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

 

Can I still buy tickets at the stadium?
Yes. Tickets will continue to be available:

  • From sellers at the turnstiles (cash and card accepted).
  • From sellers inside the stadium (card payments only).
  •  

How much does a Matchday Half-Time Draw ticket cost?
The ticket price remains unchanged at £2.00

 

What prizes are available?

  • 1st Prize – £1,000 cash
  • 2nd Prize – £250 cash
  • 3rd Prize – £60 Dundee United Club Shop voucher
  • 4th Prize – £40 Dundee United Club Shop voucher

Do online tickets have the same chance of winning as tickets bought at the stadium?
Yes. Every ticket purchased is entered into the same draw and has an equal chance of winning.

 

How will I know if I've won?
Winning numbers will continue to be announced in the usual way, and lucky winners to call 07395026526 to arrange prize collections.

 

United Futures Lottery

Can I join the United Futures Lottery online?
Yes. Both new and existing members will be able to register and pay online.

 

What prizes can I win?
The Lottery offers:

  • A £2,000 rollover jackpot.
  • Weekly cash prizes.
  •  

When does the £2 weekly subscription start?
The new weekly subscription of £2 will apply from 1 January 2027.

 

Why is the weekly subscription increasing?
Following a review of the Lottery, the increase will help maintain an attractive prize fund while continuing to generate valuable income for Dundee United FC.

 

EXISTING MEMBERS

 

I currently pay by Standing Order. What do I need to do?
Standing Orders will no longer be accepted from 1 January 2027. Before then, you should move to the new online payment method.

 

Will I lose my existing lottery number?
No. As long as you switch before 1 January 2027, your existing lottery number will be retained.

 

I pay through a DUDA agent. Will anything change?
No. Existing agent payment arrangements will continue as normal.

 

Can I choose to move from paying through an agent to paying online?
Yes. Details of how to do this will be available when the online system launches.

Is the online payment system secure?
Yes. The online platform uses secure payment technology to protect your personal and payment information.

 

What payment methods will be accepted online?
All major debit cards are accepted.

 

Will I receive confirmation after purchasing?
Yes. You will receive confirmation that your purchase or Lottery entry has been successfully processed.

 

Can I buy Matchday Half-Time Draw tickets if I'm not attending the match?
Yes. As long as online sales are open, supporters can purchase tickets from anywhere in the UK before kick-off.

Where does the money raised go?
Funds generated by DUDA are donated to Dundee United FC, with a primary focus on supporting the Dundee United Academy and other key development projects.
